Scott was on my show many years ago in the 1990s. He sadly passed away in 2003. My friend Don Sternecker, who runs Mix-O-Lydian Studio recorded his albums. I got to sit in on a session Scott recorded there. He was a really talented interpreter of Nick Drake songs.

Speaking of affecting singers from your shows in the 90's, Irene... DO you remember a song by/about a guy named Bill who dies of AIDS and is estranged from his horrible parents? It was performed live on your show. It mentioned books on occultism and a poster of Led Zeppelin and was around the same time Lenny Molotov played on the show, maybe even part of a Sidewalk showcase?
