Saw Sanborm and Bullock at the Fox Theater 'round '86. Hiram had a wireless set up, walked off the stage around the audience playing a solo for 10 mins or so. Good stuff.

i find 'not thinking about it' to be the best impulse control. - has worked for me when fasting and quitting smoking and coffee for instance. maybe it is a technique of distraction. but has not always worked in all instances.
