Jason I had the same thought when I heard that Stein was raising $$ for a recount. It illustrates the disingenuousness of the claim of 'no significant difference'.
Avatar 4:26pm
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

I think you make a valid point
- however: A lot of people blame Third Parties for throwing results - which makes no sense (Stein got 1% nationwide which ain't a gnat's doodah) - but this shows good will
- & also she could claim the Principle: It looks suspicious & we should have as transparent & democratic a vote as possible.
...& after all, every Poll in the Universe said Clinton had this in the bag. It's not unreasonable for *anyone* to see things differently after this result!
...which is close to saying you're just right anyhow...
Thing now is (plot sickens) there are reports about her raising millions for it & misappropriating them - which by no means have been confirmed to me, however...

Jason_:

Caveats that (a) it was just a few people on twitter and (b) I'm not a North American so can't really judge how likely (or legal) it is, but I saw a few innuendos re: misappropriation that RR63 mentions ^

Hallos Jason and all!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:37pm
melinda:

One could see it as a gesture of goodwill, but I doubt she would be demanding a recount if Clinton had won. It's also weird that the candidate who has the most to gain from a recount (Clinton) isn't pushing for one, but the marginal candidate is.

I had no idea what that Japanese title meant, apparently it was spindle-shaped rationality. I still don't understand what that means, but.

Hey Jason. Your VO level is fine but the music is significantly lower.

Clinton will still be rich & never accountable for anything...frankly, she could've campaigned harder or differently...

...not a great display of Leadership in challenging times - more like boohoo I didn't get the job I wanted I'm hiding now...

Your voice is louder than the music, yeah.
...It seemes levels are sometimes not perfect on the Drummer Stream...not too big a deal...

Good & Bad Inspiring - quite so. Everything OK? One writer said: 'It will get extravagantly worse.' I think so - the worst Republican administration ever. They have Congress & everything.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:11pm
melinda:

I think things will get worse too. Gotta do our best to resist.
