I've got this giant sheet of paper unfolded for instructions, and there was another special sheet of paper written all over in all kinds of languages I don't even recognize, and I had to put that in some slot somewhere, and before I put in all of the inkjet cartridges and they all lit up, and....there's still like 13 more steps to go. I hope I don't screw this up

We thought our printer was great when it 'justed worked' for everybody with windows 8. Then the guy win Windows 7 went through hell and back getting it to work. After that it no longer worked for the two of us with Windows 8
