Not a big fan of soda (more unhealthy than we ever knew,) but I gotta admit a weakness for Cherry Coke. I can still sing the TV commercial jingle from the original introduction of Cherry Coke in what, 1985 or 86? Anyone else remember that campaign?

@Matt von S.: In NY, just over the river from JC, of Italian descent, studied the language, have the culture in my blood, visited/studied there, blah blah-
I usually greet Guido with "Ciao" because he has an Italian name, seems to have some Italian identity though stationed in Cologne (not unusual), the dude's a fucking international man o' mystery, what more can I say?

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:52am
Guido from Cologne:

@P-90
Maybe i should mention that "Guido" was a fashinable name in Germany during the Baby Boom, mainly because of a certain TV-heartthrob named Guido Baumann.

Most Germans do not know that it is an Italian name.
The English pronounciation of the name is the favourable since it is closer to the Italian original.
