The quality is quite good, but I risk purchasing a title I already have thanks to the original release. DG is hit or miss over the years. I would like to take a look, though. DG did a marvelous job with CDs, by the way, with their 4D method/whatever. Gorgeous sonics.

	10:55pm Dean: I can't speak for the data. Which "skinheads" (whatever that means) are now right wing weirdos (whatever that means). But I do recall finding the punk scene much less rewarding around the time of the advent of, say, Black Flag.
	10:56pm Julie: there were skinheads at the punk clubs in CT but I think they were just punk, I don't remember any white supremacy but maybe I wasn't with them enough

	11:01pm Dean: "White supremacy" is a fairly specific, even narrow attribute. A bunch of lughead "kids" trying to insert themselves into a community does not White supremacy make. I really wish the news would not exploit their advantage of being able to report on every last racist insinuation.

	11:14pm A➡B: I remember the one time I went to a hardcore show at a once well-kniwn nightclub in Trenton, NJ (City Gardens) that brought the skinheads in droves. The bands playing at the time were 7 Seconds and Sick Of It All, who were frequent headliners at that club. The energy in the place that night was intense. I got to see an incrdible exhibition of moshing mayhem when the skinheds in the audience performed what could be referred to as a "piledriver" maneuver, where they would clear a wide path from the back to just about a few feet before the stage, then a group of skinheads would form a line holding each other arm-in-arm, and then immediately rush towards the stage where they'd collide with the folks standing close to the stage.

	11:15pm Blissland: their favorite pastime was to go around cracking the skulls of non-white people
	11:15pm Dean: Punk had little to do at the outset with "moshing." And sensibly so, I'd say.

	11:14pm A➡B: I remember the one time I went to a hardcore show at a once well-kniwn nightclub in Trenton, NJ (City Gardens) that brought the skinheads in droves. The bands playing at the time were 7 Seconds and Sick Of It All, who were frequent headliners at that club. The energy in the place that night was intense. I got to see an incrdible exhibition of moshing mayhem when the skinheds in the audience performed what could be referred to as a "piledriver" maneuver, where they would clear a wide path from the back to just about a few feet before the stage, then a group of skinheads would form a line holding each other arm-in-arm, and then immediately rush towards the stage where they'd collide with the folks standing close to the stage.
