My mom always said, a life-long insomniac, 'even if you can't sleep, let it go, and just rest your body in bed'. It's stood me in good stead. I worry less about sleeping and get a good body lay down in. Hope insomnia releases you from it's clutches soon.

It's PERFECT! 😃

Much like Joe McG's "Surface Noise" - even though he's moved on from playing early 78s, it's still a good name for his show and the general mood. Plus, he always plays 45s in the middle show "Single File" - so you will still hear surface noise in every episode.
