right, most drugs can be used therapeutically, apparently, in microdoses.
i know someone that finally got a handle on severe anxiety and social awkwardness, and problems with connecting words into complete sentences - using microdoses of cannabis and mushrooms.

...but a "small" dose is not a microdose; and some people say a small dose of lsd is looking for trouble. they say either do it full-on, or not at all. or microdose)
