There are towns like that, but mostly it would be quite difficult.

Then it'll try to spin again. Woomp woomp. "Nope, nope, I don't like that at all." More thinking, more sloshing, it'll play around all day left to itself. I have to cancel, muscle things around myself and switch it to the drain & spin cycle.
