I didn't know enough about the cuisine to judge it, but I enjoyed it. What most impressed me, however, was when a server strolled by our table to inform us that if we wanted to light up, it was fine. Indeed, another party started smoking. I thought that was very cool.

	🇰🇷 9:55pm Threemoons 🌛🌕🌜: ↳ Dean @9:51 when my Mom was ill, we made her a "hot Caesar" -- no egg allowed under the circumstances but I would leave the fat in the pan from whatever protein we had grilled for her that night (usually lamb or ribeye --it was one thing she craved and could keep down until the end). Rinse off romaine hearts, trim end and cut the long way, and sear in the hot pan. Top with no-egg Caesar but with extra anchovies and garlic.

I didn't know enough about the cuisine to judge it, but I enjoyed it. What most impressed me, however, was when a server strolled by our table to inform us that if we wanted to light up, it was fine. Indeed, another party started smoking. I thought that was very cool.

Rinse off romaine hearts, trim end and cut the long way, and sear in the hot pan. Top with no-egg Caesar but with extra anchovies and garlic.
