My pleasure, as always! --- I wish I didn't have to be at work at 7:30 in the morning. If I get up at 6am, I'm running the risk of being late. Bah.

Cabaret story : sleepy lil Vermont foliage town, Woodstock VT was putting on a semi regionalproduction of cabaret. (So a blend of locals mixed with several equity “more experienced talents”). Anyway, it was the last performance of a 2 week run, and I just got it in my mind that I had to attend. No one within my immediate circle was interested in accompanying me. I headed out and oh blast 💥, was surprisingly delighted to find that this particular production had a strong “snap” to it.
- well, after it was all over & since it was closing night, there was a Q&A wrap discussion, & one of the special consultants joined the cast in person = none other than Nicole Fosse (of Bob & Gwen Verdon fame). Apparently she lives in Woodstock and had been quietly convinced to contribute to this production. To say the least, it was a special occasion. …. And the punchline; I had a gloatingly satisfying story to relate to all the lazy bums that decided Not to accompany me to the show.
Hahaha 😜 😉

AMAZING STORY! - Good to see you Erik

Have you watched that diverting limited series
“Fosse / Verdon” (featuring Sam Rockwell & Michelle Williams). It’s got its issues - but it’s pretty darn entertaining! Love that era. And as a young man was kinda obsessed with Bob Fosse as a director (& then later understood how unique his contributions to dance movement).

I haven' t yet. Jen has. I need to. I too am a huge Fosse fan. His work is stunning.
