Got a time boost from the rain that didn't allow you to see 2 feet ahead of you).

	🥁 9:37am doctorjazz: The NY Times recipes are often just a starting point. I use them quite a bit, but I always obsessively read the comments, where people make suggested changes, and adapt the recipe accordingly. Most come out great (with the adaptations).

Got a time boost from the rain that didn't allow you to see 2 feet ahead of you).

	🥁 9:37am doctorjazz: The NY Times recipes are often just a starting point. I use them quite a bit, but I always obsessively read the comments, where people make suggested changes, and adapt the recipe accordingly. Most come out great (with the adaptations).
