Don't know this Koglmann! Discogs lists it as a CD release, never re-released. But at a glance I never would have placed this cover design as HAT -- whereas their reissues are clearly stylized. But the LPs in the 1980s were all over the place (visually). So this CD "in between" really intrigues me.

Afternoon all. Great that you’re going long today Jeff. Question, with this new Wadada, for anyone who’s listened to it, do you hear a high pitched frequency on track 1 that maybe is or is t purposeful. Miller's albums are really good, and I also like Rosnes and Ingrid Jensen. I wonder if the album was a bit under-rehearsed, which is a problem nowadays, when bands record first and then go out to play the music. By the end of the tour, it's really good.

This matzo muncher passed a few Basilicas of Brooklyn; the Basilica de Guadalupe sounds much more grand.

↳ Song: "Blood and Guts" by "Mal Waldron Trio"
Cool Mal track. New to me! Thought it sounded like Snake Out, but also not.

Kind of the opposite, @RRN63, but as you mentioned, you tuned out. Problem solved!

John Schneider is still there. His show is devoted to string players and microtonal music. I think they still air the Car Show, which might be the world's longest running radio show. I don't even like cars, but the show is entertaining and instructive. But when they nixed Fred Hyatt's Opera Show, that did it for me.

↳ Song: "Louange à l'Éternité de Jésus" by "Olivier Messiaen"
After years of being told that I would like Messiaen, and feeling that I should like Messiaen, today, for the first time, I do like Messiaen.
