John Stewart's albums were so under-the-radar here. I had a Friend in Winnipeg who scrounged them all together somehow back in the 70s, but I never saw them anywhere....well maybe now and then in a delete bin. Really good writer, but couldn't seem to get arrested. I remember some interview back then about his 5th (?) album where he said, "Well I guess if this doesn't work I can always go back to selling shoes at Kinney's."

I used to have a tv show John hosted around 1970 on Beta tape as well as a PBS type (Canada I think) with some great folkies in 60's that was just awesome. have not seen it in ages, but probably on youtube now.
