Years ago, I was part of a group of people trying to save the last corner of undeveloped Hoboken from being developed (which would have kicked me out of a workspace), and remarkably--somewhat to my surprise--it worked. It's frustrating - because it seems clear that revoking Educational status is really a pretext for extortion of this Listener Supported station for their declining real estate Tax coffers. That is - it isn't *really* the question - but - they are framing it this way ...So...

However! I don't know much about formalities or legalities - but from what (very) little Ive seen of Courts of Law for instance - Quantity of Support can be a Statement of its own sort.

I never saw The Phil Silvers Show before, and it's on overnight every weeknight on Decades Network (WNYW channel 5.5 in NYC). I'm definitely going to record and watch it one of these days.
