Re grocery-sanitizing, I read a dispiriting article this morning about how we should all really avoid grocery stores and supermarkets (again), given the new strains. I realized I had put those stores in my personal "OK to go" category. Time to recalibrate.

I still go to supermarkets, Jeff, but try to go when not busy. I try to wipe down groceries when I get home, sometimes forget! But I always take my mask, winter hat, cloth gloves and launder in hot water, right away.

Also, I bought some skinny air filters to tape onto box fans, to gather particles in the house air. I run them for several hours.

I saw all three live several times. Ielasi is less in the noise style than the other two, maybe closer to experimental sound art or free improv? I suck at genres

Same as UM, stopped sanitizing groceries. I read an interview with some epidemiologists, who were asked if they do, and they said they don't sanitize. Most of the risk is person to person.

My memory is that the circumflex (and often the accent aigu) often stands for a missing -s, which may have been there historically. E.g., être <-- estre.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:33am

I'm wondering if this Andrew Hill cut is part of the glut of material that he recorded that Blue Note wouldn't release, just because they felt the market couldn't absorb as much music as he was producing. I know there were whole albums that sat in the vaults for decades.

Looks like it was a great show, guess it's an appointment with an archive for me. Toodles Howard Johnson, and Syl Sylvain. and Mr. Spector....it's time, sir.
