Imagine a burrito filled with cooked ground burger meat, gloopy melted American cheese, a tad of relish, lettuce, chopped grilled onions, a grip of crispy French Fries, and ketchup, all rolled up nicely and sliced in half served with more ketchup for dipping. FWIW he lives in my building and in the Before Times we have a building Xmas party and summer BBQ every year and he always brings the good stuff...

	1:41pm Hubig Pie: How to avoid pizza flour mess- 1. own a stand mixer 2. Let the mixer do the kneading 3. Put the bowl and dough in the fridge for several hours 4. Grease up a cast iron pan 5. Smoosh the dough out in the pan and top to taste (hold the tuna fish) 6. Cook on stovetop till dough starts to set (3-4 min) 7. Throw inna hot oven (450 deg) about 5 min 8. This Zola Jesus rawks !

	2:33pm Sam: I agree Tom, ideally you want a topping that dilutes all the grease from the cheese, not adds to it. I like broccoli or fresh mushrooms as a topping because they melt right into the cheese while cutting the grease factor a little and making it healthier and a more complex flavor.
	😬 2:34pm Threemoons: My absolute favorite pizza topping combo: Fire-roasted red bell pepper, mushrooms, and anchovies. Second fave: Artichoke, red onion, and anchovies.

Well damn, this year sure did suck! Although, one silver lining was the vast amounts of amazing music created during pandemic lock down. On this last show of the year I celebrate my favorite releases and then close the book on 2020 and kick it to the curb like a no-good deadbeat ex-boyfriend.
