Those tips will remain at the bottom of Boston Harbor as a lesson to all who won't take tips! This reminds me of my first trip to England, with my grandparents, in 1984. We stayed with friends of theirs, and we took a day trip to Brighton. It happened to be July 4, and we saw a pub offering 4th of July specials. My grandfather pointed it out, and our host said "We're celebrating getting rid of you." Needless to say we packed our bags and sought sanctuary at the US embassy.

After a good amount of time after Jerry Garcia died, I realized that I really had no problem with the Grateful Dead. It was their 80s/90s dipshit fans who really drove me bananas.
