YES! Exactly. I saw that line-up at ATP in LA in 2001 and it was sick and I think Iggy was like "Hmmmm duhhhh."

Watt sang half the songs and the others had guest singers (Kim Gordon etc). I can't remember which song they did but Josh Homme from Queens(oftheSA) totally forgot the words to his song and everyone laughed at him and he got booed. He was wasted but that's no excuse.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:56pm
ultradamno:

Was the song 1970?
  3:58pm

To Josh Homme’s credit, he did later sort out Iggy for the Post Pop Depression album, which is terrific, the Ig’s best in decades I reckon. I’ll forgive him a lot for that.

Ajay from Krommenie / NL:

@Creamo Coyl....at the second London show, Lou Barlow was in town to do press for a Sebadoh record. And he contacted me to say so. I was doing sound for Mascis (and Asheton brothers and Watt). The 2 hadnt seen / spoken to each other for YEARS. And cos I was friends with both and worked for them both I insisted they meet. So Lou came reluctantly to the London show and i made them meet. Ended up with Lou singing with the band. And he came back to the hotel with us. Thereafter the rest is history! I have recordings from the desk of those shows. One day.....
