A friend will be helping today with some of the tedious carrying of smaller boxes and clunky things up and down two flights of stairs at old and new apartments. My gym has been closed since mid March. So, looking at this as a useful workout! How about you? Hoping you’re safe and doing as well as can be! And thanks for the reminder too, about Julie’s fill in! I missed her last one. @Heidee hope things are improving for you, and you can enjoy the weekend.

My mini micro escapes [from all the madness and grief] are a few mornings a week before work (5am) to a spot where I can run a few miles before people are around without their masks too close for proper social distance. It has to do for now. @Heidee, glad to see the psyllium is helping! Thanks so much for the kind wishes. I do hope the new place will be a step toward lots of better things, I feel I’m due, to the extent I can make good stuff happen for myself in this crazy world.
