"Desert Fairy Princess!!" I GASPED.

Hey All! Sorry for the slightly shakey intro - dual puppy chaos was happening, and I got a bit distracted. IT is the joy and curse of an at home broadcast.

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!

This is a great album...so little Tapscott out there, this music is great to finally have (and highlights what a loss it is that there isn't more out there.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:14pm
KimSorise:

@Docjazz - very true, yet I have seen several sets of the his solo piano work surface as well - maybe a result of these reissues.

Cool Trane tribute! Looks like it's just been reissued (from your years). Darn, gonna cost me again, Kim!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:41pm
KimSorise:

It is well worth every penny - Pure Pleasure is doing a beautiful job with these few reissues. These are so far out of my reach dollar wise; I can only go with the reissue.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:51pm
doctorjazz:

Looks like it starts at $160, them jumps to $330 on Discogs. I ordered the reissue.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:52pm
doctorjazz:

Thanks, Kim! HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53pm
KimSorise:

The reissue is great - you won’t be disappointed. The prices have dropped... they were near $500
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:57pm
doctorjazz:

(These days, with new vinyl going for $30-50, a double album original for $160 is not so bad, I guess. Though the $160 one is Good+, noisy but plays without skipping accordingto the description, so $360 is a bit better (likely still not great)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:59pm
KimSorise:

Happy New Year all!!! Thank you to each and evry one of you for hanging with me each week! Stay tuned for Sam’s last Monday Night show before he and his horse move on to Wednesdays!
Up next week Big Planet Noise with Bob and Gina!
