	12:52pm Passaic River Blues: @Tim from Champaign: not sure. They basically released a torrent of perfect 45s from 1979 to some point in the early 80s, took a long hiatus, and then kept going. It's an obvious choice but "Dinosaur Sex" is my favorite: a 10-minute post-punk banger, where about six minutes of it is an incredible jam that resolves in the last 45 seconds with a resounding "Dinosaur Sex, you make me feeeeel like a tyrannosaurus rex!"

Your A pair and B pair sounded good separately, but bad together? I bet they were out of phase with each other. I should have thought of that right off. You need to swap the polarity on one or the other pair so all of the cones are pushing at the same time. I guess I've been on this stable old system too long to be on my toes with this stuff anymore.
