Favoriting Bryce: Playlist from July 12, 2019 Favoriting

I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

@chresti, the first half of the '70s.

Avatar 1:29pm
Bryce:

i was actually born in cerritos. i remember watching the tv weather in the morning to find out if it was a "smog alert day," when they'd implore you to minimize time spent outdoors....

on those days, i remember only being able inhale to about 2/3 capacity, then lung pain would make me cough.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:30pm
Michael 98145:

they were giving helicopter flights over the Cerritos Mall when it opened - so i took one

Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Lived in SantaBarbara 16 years. Tremors *all the time* - like a big truck by your front door. Had one on the late 1920s there ripped it in half... Felt a few in Vermont/New Hampshire too. That last one centered in Virginia had me swaying on the 3rd floor. Turns out the firmer bedrock makes them go further out East here...
Reportedly - some Canadian fires making hazy sunsets now??
Big fire also in SB - where there isn't enuff rain...sun turns red - power flickers - apocalyptic...good times...

I can just see this threesome as it lounges on a mismatched sofa and armchair with matching duct tape on the cushions and armrests, smoking Marlboro Lights, drinking Luksusowa vodka from juice glasses. Gordoa exhales, takes a thoughtful pose and says "I think we should call this Spike Train."
