	12:25pm Dean: Some of the best films are the films where nothing happens. Diane Kurys' Peppermint Soda and Kubrick's Barry Lyndon come to mind.

	12:35pm Dean: To my inexpert eye, dan, sometimes he was and sometimes he wasn't. That was the point of Barry Lyndon and, to some extent, 2001. But Clockwork Orange was more...overt? I sorely disliked The Shining, but that's partly due to the insufferable mugging of Nicholson. This is where O'Neal excelled in BL. He was as expressive as a mannequin.

	12:36pm Dominick: There are certain films I watch at least once a year, Tati's big 3 are on that list, along with Blazing Saddles, The Producers, After the Fox, Casino Royale (1967) Dr. Strangelove
	12:36pm Alex In Illinois: St. Louis Busch Stadium is the only place where I have ever seen a MLB game live. The last time I saw one was in 1975. I was 11 then.
	12:37pm Dean: Dr. Strangelove, of course, is orders of magnitude more rich than the others. And Full Metal Jacket was funny until it wasn't. And that completes my survey of Kubrick films I've seen.

I sorely disliked The Shining, but that's partly due to the insufferable mugging of Nicholson. This is where O'Neal excelled in BL. He was as expressive as a mannequin.
