	6:26am Granny Spicy Tuna: Daybreak, the Meditator: I have heard that in some traditions, the Solstices do mark the middle of the season, and the cross-quarters are the beginning. Hence "midsummer" festivals around Summer Solstice and "midwinter" festivals around now. That would make Samhain, or Hallowe'en, the beginning of winter. Just labels, eh? Whatever we call it, i am SO GLAD the days are about to get longer, up here near the 49th parallel.

The air is full of data, and some of it is WFMU, THAT is the party, it's a kind of fun or fun substitute ON TAP. For me in this place, it's my little reward for getting in early before the mainstream comes in. Sad, that I'm on a campus of a major university, but we don't have THAT KIND of radio. WFVS in Tallahassee is pretty severe sometimes, and takes less bandwidth. Try them! Real college radio!

His argument was so many famous musicians were on the petite side. I have to tell you, when we played clubs that had multiple acts we were literally the biggest thing on stage! He may have something there. Funny shaving cream!

Hence "midsummer" festivals around Summer Solstice and "midwinter" festivals around now. That would make Samhain, or Hallowe'en, the beginning of winter. Just labels, eh? Whatever we call it, i am SO GLAD the days are about to get longer, up here near the 49th parallel.

For me in this place, it's my little reward for getting in early before the mainstream comes in. Sad, that I'm on a campus of a major university, but we don't have THAT KIND of radio. WFVS in Tallahassee is pretty severe sometimes, and takes less bandwidth. Try them! Real college radio!

His argument was so many famous musicians were on the petite side. I have to tell you, when we played clubs that had multiple acts we were literally the biggest thing on stage!
