	6:19am Scraps: My circadian rhythms are about 28-30 hours, which fucks me up for years & years. But now I’m disabled, so, shrug!

	6:21am northguineahills: Well, considering, since I started on my meds 3 weeks ago, I was sleeping in 3 hour shifts, I got a good 5.5 hours (drinking more then one drink might have helped), I'm not complaining.
