He had just come to WINS radio station and invited about 60 music business people to a luncheon. There were only 3 other women, Alan Freed’s wife, Miriam Abramson (she and her husband owned part of Atlantic Records) and a woman from a music magazine.

He had just come to WINS radio station and invited about 60 music business people to a luncheon. There were only 3 other women, Alan Freed’s wife, Miriam Abramson (she and her husband owned part of Atlantic Records) and a woman from a music magazine.
