  12:44am
steve:

ET legit dies in a river.
  12:45am

That was excruciating and just emphasized what a solid director Spielberg is (even if I don't always like his mainstream-y choice of material) since he could make drippy BS like that seem totally credible and even absorbing as a movie.
  12:46am
Robin:

Feeling these basslines. Great show!
  12:47am
Mike tp:

I'm a schmoozer....
Avatar 12:48am

fuck.. that extra little kick in that drum is such a jack your body move. you don't hear in a lotta euro disco. this song rules .. ppl might actually dance to it

JakeGould:

E.T. is notable for two reasons:

1. It is one of the few science fiction movies where the alien is not a personification of the “other” and some creature who is out to destroy the world. E.T. is nice, kind and gentle.
2. Also, E.T. looks like a walking nutsack.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:53am
coelacanth∅:

Connor, steve is messin' with you, but i'll tell you. et turns out to be pretty evil after all and eats the transformer pills he had hidden in his ass and morphs into a huge beast with scary fangs and 13 eyeballs and he eats all the kids. the movie ends with et guiding an army of alien space ships landing on earth.

I'm in FL, and there was a palmetto bug in my living room. I used a shovel to crush it, and just kept on scurrying. So, I jumped on it (we hard-soled boots) repeatedly to the beat before it succumbed. Those bastards have crazy hard caraspaces!

how do people dance this fast? I think to music this fast people usually dance pretty slow .. like every fifth beat or somethin
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:38am
michelle mello:

Avatar 1:38am
northguineahills:

@Joel: when I was up until mid-20s, I did it in 15 minute spurts, take a breather and water, and continue. (also see jungle and drill & bass).

Connor:

what's a summy?
Avatar 1:40am
northguineahills:

By the time I was 29, I would do half-time dancing.

I'm going to take care of my personal hygiene, will be still listening. Thanks Joel!
Avatar 1:43am
northguineahills:

In east london slang (i may be wrong) a summy is a girl that catches a boy and the first glance and he becomes entranced.

what is a mutiny? a nautical rebellion, a washout that is tidal, where you'll give way without delay unless you're suicidal
