@Joe I didn't get in to the Saturday night show with Peter Walker, but I saw a lot of the sets around town over the weekend (Don Bekoff, Joseph Allred, etc.). @Rob KFJC might have his set archived. They were recording for much of the weekend and streamed Saturday and Sunday night.

OOh I saw U.S. Girls at Baby's Alright last week compliments of Matt Warwick! The band was VERY impressive and the front-lady and her other hot gal-pal just sat and glared at the audience angrily between songs. They were superb!

@BUK: Your mention of scones got the ball rolling, and my wife made her famous pear-ginger scones this weekend. The gentle heat of the ginger really enhances the pears. No buttermilk on hand, so she improvised with whole yogurt. Lovely.
