I've always had this idea in my head that you never open a show with a song you've already opened with? Don't know why I've always thought that?

Michael, did Glen Campbell ever do any duets with David Bowie?

what makes NRBQ great to me is the extra level of musical ingenuity that goes into many of their tracks

A triple double is a basketball term meaning a player has contributed double-digit shots made, assists on shots made and shots blocked. So, double digit contributions to all facets of the game, offensive and defensive. Cheers.

To Mike's point about NRBQ. I've seen them in various forms, over 20 times. The best show I ever saw, and the worst show I ever saw, were on the same night. Two different sets. That pretty much explains it all.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Linde (LIN-dee). He wrote tons of hits, many in the 90s, like Goodbye Earl for the Dixie Chicks. Dennis may have been playing bass for Elvis when Burning Love was recorded -- that might be the connection.
