Six Eye Columbia performing at the "second annual bEASTfest" in 2005, performing at Amoeba Records, both in San Francisco. Must be their home base.

It's also hard to find info on them because "Six Eye Columbia" is apparently derived from Columbia Records' jazz lineup/label from the 50s and 60s. LOT of hits for Miles and the like.
