This is how it sounded before I spoke everything into existence. Of course, Arrington De Dionyso was a BIG help! Thank you for taking my birthday off.

Avatar 12:35am
Jeff Conklin:

@teeribillia: Nice

@ifny: Right on! Welcome.
Avatar 12:36am

@Hagbard because you don't want to like Wolf Eyes? Weakness is a strength.

@Hagbard: The last two albums are amazing, good starting points.
Avatar 12:37am
Hagbard Celine:

Yes those 2 I've heard. Agree. But then is this new too?
Avatar 12:40am
Hagbard Celine:

Guess my comment should have been I tell myself I dont like early Wolf Eyes...
Avatar 12:40am
Jeff Conklin:

Yes this is brand new, not released yet, part of a new noise compilation put out by Cartoon Network (not kidding)
Avatar 12:42am
Hagbard Celine:

Ohh No. Then maybe I still don't like early Wolf Eyes! What do I do!?
  12:45am

Avatar 12:47am

@Hagbard: how about muttering: "Wolf Eyes, those cats be giving me a complex."
Avatar 12:48am

Avatar 12:49am
ifny:

@Jeff Conklin Thx for the welcome. We're all dug in in Cascadia at the moment. Weirdly we have snow on the ground and it's giving us a complex, not a Wolf Eyes one, but still. Snow Eyes.

Juan:

Greetings from northern Mexico, Mister Conklin, just a stone's throw from the Pacific Ocean. Still Sunday night here. Since I discovered your show a couple of months ago, I've made it a point to always catch it live, find myself visualizing south Manhattan from Jersey City late at night, the waters of the Hudson gently lapping and folding on top of itself. Thank you for your excellent sensibility and show.
Avatar 2:25am
Jeff Conklin:

Thanks, Juan!

Funny, during the show I visualize the pacific ocean, or snow-capped peaks and green valleys ;)
  2:43am
Juan:

Ha! The grass always seems to be greener on the other side, doesn't it? But it's your show that teleports me there, with a pastoral, spiritual tranquility that lends itself perfectly for deep night reflection.
