Can't say I know, but evidently a DJ at Blue Lake public radio in Michigan, Lazaro Vega, might. In Feb. '08 he posted the following comment on a music forum: "Wish I could broadcast the 2 hour concert version of the Relativity Suite from WKCR, yet ethically.....can't."

That sort of thing is the upside to WKCR. The downside is that you might have to listen to Phil Schaap methodically describe what Charlie Parker ate for breakfast on some particular morning in 1951.
