	11:56pm cannibal: i coarsely chop parsnips,turnip,onion and ginger (& sometimes burdock root) and place it in oil & water in a cast iron skillet, put salmon on top and bake/broil it for 6-7 minutes. everything's perfect and the fish never touches the pan so it's easy clean-up.
