	2:53pm Mike East: @ike -knowing how to set up and operate backline and live soundsystems. ability to run a digital board like Yamaha M7cl, LS9 definite plus. A lot of room for on the job learning, but personally I would like to have someone who knows a bit more about this stuff than I do (not that I'm an expert, but that's why I'm not in the tech dept.)
