	5:24pm JakeGould: Gefilte smelt would need to be backed into the guts of a smelt. I know gefilte fish… I know fish and chips… I know tuna fish… I know all kinds of fish including Abe Vigoda. No clue about smelt other than sea lions eat it like it’s crack.
