@Carmichael: The first time I was 20 18 years ago in a parking lot in Atlanta and just bumped into the 'lab after purchasing our tickets 4 hours early. My friend did all the talking, and they asked us if we had dinner yet. He said yes (we just ate), and we sat around waiting for the show to start. Man, were we dumb!

Matt - oh yeah i put in some fruit - mango and pineapple and frozen banana, to sweeten it up. still mostly kale tho. im hooked on sadistic fruit veg smoothies. started doing it 1-2 meals a day start of Summer when they upped the prices at the local juicery. its become something of a lifestyle, i like it.
