Rough measurement of a town's ethos: Which are there more of, churches or bars?

We're still in the Middle Ages. Don't let the smart phones fool ya.

if at least people could find faster what provides her soul suiting their mind in order to leave the money machine ..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:03pm Parq:

Seems Hal Smith kept body and soul apart in the last years of his life by doing voice work. He was -- really -- Owl in several of the Winnie the Pooh shorts, and he played horses in two Disney features.
Avatar 2:04pm T_Jay Pauli:

education should focus on arts and humanities (meaning here both physical and mental)
Avatar 2:05pm T_Jay Pauli:

meaning sports, alternative medicine, nutrition fashion as well as philosophy, theology, anthropology, archaeology...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:06pm Parq:

Sorry, should have read the entire IMDB page before I posted. He had been a voice actor at least some of the time for most of his life, and he was the *original* Owl.

Is there a transmitter problem for 91.1 FM?
Avatar 2:24pm David Shortell:

I wonder if that Bill Sims track inspired the similarly themed Ramones song!

good stuffs, rknd. i love haskell wexler

Look for the Sugar Pie video. It looks like Japantown SF Cherry Blossom Fest. She is performing in the middle of an intersection ( Fillmore & Sutter? Post? ) right on the street - no stage - whole band... VERY COOL!
Avatar 2:45pm David Shortell:

I never understood why Love's "Emotions" wasn't credited as Medium Cool's score. Instead, Michael Bloomfield was credited for that movie's music. There's no Bloomfield music to be heard in the movie! Just Love and a Mothers of Invention song.
  2:46pm pottybear:

I could only find an RC Cola can featuring Dave Cash.

Avatar 2:50pm David Shortell:

There's interesting audio commentary on the Medium Cool DVD. That scene with the hostile man who approached Peter Bonerz on the street was unscripted. He didn't even know there was a movie being made!
