Good morning Dave, Ohmmmm.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:06am
Sem Chumbo:

Does Knuckle Sandwich meet or exceed the recommended daily dosage of any dangerous chemicals? I think nutritional labeling is in order. In the meantime, time to feed my head, Dave Bombay. Good morning!
Avatar 6:10am
Dave Bombay:

Good morning fellas!

@Sem - Knuckle Sandwich is like a twinkie. Full of horrible stuff that just tastes so good and never goes bad.
Avatar 6:11am
DeaconDave:

Does it contain Polyethylene Glycol?
Avatar 6:11am
ausmanx:

they have terrible life expectancy in bhutan cos they eat so much lethal chili
Avatar 6:12am
DeaconDave:

That may be true but it is the chili that supplies all their energy needs through natural gas.
Avatar 6:13am
Dave Bombay:

@Deacon Dave - yes a pinch. also a heaping spoonful of Lysergic acid diethylamide.

@Ausmanx - Good morning! and you are correct
Avatar 6:14am
DeaconDave:

It is a fine cup of coffee this morning, tastes a little like chili.
Avatar 6:16am
DeaconDave:

Yamanakabushi - go ahead say it 10 ten times FAST.
Avatar 6:16am
Dave Bombay:

I am gonna butcher it trying to say it once slowly on air.

"hey wanna meet someone real cool who smokes but doesn't get high? i mean it really affects only the positive aspects of this gut making him a dude, really a musical motherfucker, an intransitive inspirational vigilante, i mean.. " forget it kid, you're over .. millions of bugs out there, we've seen and felt everykind... we thought we were here to get along but we must control and report whats happening in then first place ... its, a curse really ... a mind upsetness of fear and doubt we are formatted with, don't be to hard on it ...

i don't care for love and i dont care for music anymore, i could die right now happy ... suck on that ego of bad intentions
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:21am
Sem Chumbo:

Why bother with cooking chili when you can just buy 16 million Scoville Heat Units in pure crystal form? www.hotsauce.com...
Avatar 6:23am
T_Jay Pauli:

i have enough music connection and love all by myself and my world that im the happiest motherfucker on earth .. come try to taste it or just keep being envious

P-90:

Hey @Sem Chumbo: You know what people use those mega-scoville chrystals for, dontcha?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:07am
Sem Chumbo:

@P-90: no. What?
  7:10am
P-90:

To make their own pepper spray in municipalities where the sale of prepared pepper spray is illegal. A little of that stuff dissolved in water and carried in a little spray canister is a very persuasive deterrent in a physical threat situation. Very.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:20am
Sem Chumbo:

No shit!? Man always invents the tools he needs, I guess. Thanks for this. Much appreciated.
Avatar 7:26am
ausmanx:

note to avoid P-90 in a dark alley. bohannon was a god, huh?
Avatar 7:31am
Dave Bombay:

Might be nice to put a couple squirts on some chili if in a pinch. If I am caught with bland chili in the middle of the night (as I often am) I would hope to find p-90 to help me jazz up my meal.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:32am
Sem Chumbo:

This set has had a squirt or 2 of the old ultra-violent hot, it seems to me.
  7:32am
P-90:

@! Sem: I love Luv LOVE spicy/hot food. Also worked in a few restaurants, catering etc.. and I can tell you that nobody in food prep is gonna mess with that stuff that comes with a surgical mask and gloves and all that, and that adds no flavor, when there are plenty of very high Scoville chili powders that aren't so caustic that you need those precautions, but will easily "heat" big batches of chili, sauces, etc., with just a few spoonfuls. Notice they only sell to "!8 or over" and have a long "precautionary statement"?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:34am
Ellirb:

I'm loving the show today Dave! That Cappucino track made my day.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:35am
Sem Chumbo:

@P=90: yup, the whole "how hot can it get" fetish is more about EXTREME than cuisine. Any dolt can empty the skull and cross bones-labeled hot sauce into a pot, but balance: now that's what you call cooking!
Avatar 7:35am
nah:

I like being educated while procrastinating in the WFMU comments section. Thanks P-90!

i need some competent advice which of my disco albums i should better keep and which ones are crap.

Listener Schned:

Dolphin was served in restaurants years ago; it's along the lines of mako shark or swordfish "steak" I'm sure it's somewhere in Chinatowns esp. Flushing or Sunset Park, you're just not gonna find any seller willing to say, "Yeah, this is dolphin."
Avatar 8:00am

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:00am
