	11:13am Liz Berg: Ralphine, we didn't ever have to pay to be an official party (maybe because we are non-profit), but we never had a fancy venue or much promotion help from the fest. I think you get a nicer venue, champagne, drugs, and friendlier soundpeople if you pay.
