It's been 18 months since I could regularly afford good bourbon, but as Cheri Pi said, Woodford is always a good first choice. I have to admit, when buying quality liquor, I go Scotch, mezcal, tequila, bourbon, and maybe some other regional speciality. a good distilled batch of white lightning is always fun if you can find some.

"Cabeza (cabeça in Portuguese) is a Spanish word meaning "head". In Mexican cuisine, it is used to describe the meat from a roasted head of a beef animal, served as taco or burrito fillings.

Typically, the whole head is placed on a steamer or grill, and customers may ask for particular parts of the head meats they favor, such as ojo (eye), oreja (ear), cachete (cheek), lengua (tongue), or labios (lips)." Thanks NGH, I did not know that!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:51pm

Matt, thanks for that. Heard a local singer do that song on a tribute to Bacharach, and he sang if very close to the version we just heard. I wondered whether the Walkers' version was considered the definitive one.
