You are not incorrect that there is a particular model of guitar that is called a parlor guitar, but (according to many sources, including the liners to "Rural Parlor Guitar"), it is also a style and repertoire of a certain style of finger-picked instrumental playing.

I found out once I got there that this was a promo for "Restaurant Week", so it sounds like the relatively new Monty's Steakhouse soon may be recognized in Washingtonian's "Best of Virginia" or some list like that.
