Re: Kahiki - can't remember what's become of restaurant itself (know there is a Walmart across the street), but the Kahiki is still in business. They produce TV dinners. I'd consider mailing you one, but may prove to be a logistical challenge.

Guitar Slim -- love this guy! Jerry Wexler and Ahmet Ertegun were recording him in New Orleans and Slim told them "I gotta put my singin' pants on" -- and he did!
