Sean Daily:

Hi, Diane? Where can I pick up "Eyes" from Morne?
  3:11pm
esch oder anarchie!:

Glorious moment in my week when suddenly the sound in the office gets dark and heavy, I look up and notice it's Thusday just past 2 (Chicago time). Bonsai!
  3:22pm
Wendy del Formaggio:

Another great start to another great show, Diane! I L-U-R-V-E this Soft Boys song, as well as pretty much all their songs.
  3:25pm
gumby:

Hey, new color scheme on the playlist.
  3:29pm
GP:

The Knack!!! Who hooo
Gotta play Cheap Trick next!
  3:33pm
Qfwfq:

I heard that My Sharona Formed A Band
  3:33pm
gumby:

Hey Diane, good job on the sound last night. Do you think the sousaphone was like jewelry for that guy? That's bigger than flava-flaves clock!
  3:37pm
Swami:

Sousaphones are the latest trend in urban wear; goodbye huge clocks and pacifiers! Unwieldy brass instruments in the house! Sousaphone!? Step to my TUBA!
  3:39pm
GP:

Swami,

"W O R D" ( accompanied by trumpet fanfare in background)
  3:43pm
annalisa:

hey, what's the background music in your voicebreak?
  3:44pm
Todd 76%:

The Lincoln Center show last night was mind-bogglingly great! Congrats and thanks to everybody that made it happen, including you, Diane (b. weezer wingate and i were looking for you, pseu, or anyone else there we might know.) Great turnout too!
  3:48pm
kamikaze:

I was actually upfront (got to mix the Ex for broadcast!) in the WFMU side stage tent all day/night. It truly was killer - I didn't get to socialize much, tho!

Whoever wanted to know about my talkover music, it's called "The Mark of Zorro" by the Challengers, on their K-39 LP I think it's on the SUndazed label.
Thanks for listening!

:) D
  3:49pm
gumby:

The sousaphone bell would make a good rain/sun hat.
  3:53pm
Wendy del Formaggio:

I saw the Sousaphone guy walking out after the show was over last night, but I didn't see him playing it at all. I got there at 6pm. How did I miss that?

What band was he with?

I can't believe I failed to see/hear a guy on a stage with a sousaphone. Oy.

Anyway, the show last night kicked major ass.
  3:54pm
GP:

Gumby,
Can't get the image of Dumb Donald from Fat Albert out of mind..that hat he wore always reminded me of an inverted end of a horn.
  3:55pm
north guinea hills:

yeah, the show was my fave of the summer so far... good job w/ the sound monica!
  3:55pm
north guinea hills:

  3:58pm
gumby:

That's the thing Wendy, the guy just seemed to be wearing it around, it didn't have a mouthpiece. GP Mush mouth was my favorite, so much wisdom.
  4:02pm
Skazzer:

Diane!!!!! Aren't you too old to be listening to this heavy stuff?????
  4:06pm
atmanone:

yeah, that show last night was rad-ass
  4:28pm
Wendy del Formaggio:

Gumby - Wow. That's an "interesting" fashion statement. And I thought I was a dork. whoops, did I write that out-loud?

You usally play some poppy stuff around this time, while I'm driving home from work. I'm stuck at the office now, so I need something cheery more than ever.
  5:19pm

Other than hooligan's holiday, what are the other 2?
