Around our house, we variously use Gold Bond, Eucerin, Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E lotion, aloe vera gel, and whatever little bottle of lotion we pick up from a hotel or whatever. The key is to apply it early and often.

It's for super sensitive skin and it's teh only one that most chemo patients are allowed to use. Cotton gloves before slathering on Eucarin at night also helps. I had to do that for all of my years going to school in Upstate NY -- constant damp cold, followed by dry steam heat. Partially inherited; thankfully it eased back over the years (as opposed to my Dad, may he rest in peace, where it blew up into the grodiest seasonal psoriasis on his hands imaginable). He was super sensitive to chemicals though; he could ONLY use Neutrogenia soap or similar, etc.

Partially inherited; thankfully it eased back over the years (as opposed to my Dad, may he rest in peace, where it blew up into the grodiest seasonal psoriasis on his hands imaginable). He was super sensitive to chemicals though; he could ONLY use Neutrogenia soap or similar, etc.
