Last night I asked her if she'd help me know what to do going forward, considering how I had helped her over the last 15 months of her life.
Then a dream. More a nightmare in which my now long deceased brother Dave (1995 car wreck) was alive but was in a smashed up car which was suspended by a cable from a crane and was being swung around carelessly by the operator who asked me repeatedly "how bad do you want this to stop?"
Dangling the carrot of sanity?
I just don't know.
Woke up in a cold sweat at 3:16AM.
