@Tim- Ginn is a prog head. Zoogz moved from NJ to LA in the late 70s.

Check out the You Don’t Know Mojack Podcast. They’ve featured EVERY SST release up to the early 90s and they have a special affinity for Zoogz. His episodes are amazing, hilarious, and sad.
