	2:47pm Stanley: Thanks Georgy and Bri. I did yesterday. I went for a hike in the mountains with a friend and her neighbour. The weather was brutal on the tops. On the way down, ee called into the house of a woman shepherd and bought some incredible hand made sheep cheese. This young woman lives up in the high pastures from May to October and milks the sheep by hand. She's a single mum and an incredible force of nature. Funnily we talked about her holiday in Scotland

	2:47pm Stanley: Thanks Georgy and Bri. I did yesterday. I went for a hike in the mountains with a friend and her neighbour. The weather was brutal on the tops. On the way down, ee called into the house of a woman shepherd and bought some incredible hand made sheep cheese. This young woman lives up in the high pastures from May to October and milks the sheep by hand. She's a single mum and an incredible force of nature. Funnily we talked about her holiday in Scotland
