	6:20am dday: I know there's lots of educators that show up here so I thought I'd mention this. Although I could not find statistical data online, it seems to me that every other cancer patient that comes in for treatment is a NJ teacher. Environmentally disturbing. Lots of old school buildings in NJ with (still) lots of toxic materials in them. I know, I worked in well over 100 of them in NJ in my alarm service career, as well as in NY and locales all over the U.S.

	6:35am dday: ↳ Listener Bryan (the Professor) @6:28 #5 I can't say "all" for sure. I witnessed many asbestos abatement programs in progress as late as 2010, over my 30 years in/out of buildings. Many NJ (and other states) school buildings were built decades ago. Material safety was often unknown & or ignored in favor of cost cutting / tax savings for taxpayers. Aside from asbestos there are other toxins I encountered as a part-time custodian in PA, after I left the alarm service industry. I mention it because early diagnosis & treatment can have many cancers survivable & give the person at least some control in their treatment options.

Ther e is very little asbestos, and it was all encapsulated in tar 35 years ago, which was standard then. Today though , when doing a large project likeours, the city requires it be completely abated. Everything up there is wrapped in plastic, there are air monitors everywhere.

The name Indio came to him while recording the second half of the album Big Harvest in California with Larry Klein. One afternoon, he drove down to Mexico and the last town before he crossed the border was named Indio. At that point Peterson decided he didn't want to use his own name on the album and decided to use Indio. Peterson re-emerged into the public when he filed a lawsuit in December, 2009 against Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, alleging infringement resulting from usage and alteration of Hard Sun without Peterson's permission, although Universal Music, Peterson's former label, granted permission. Vedder recorded the song for the Sean Penn-directed movie Into The Wild.

Although I could not find statistical data online, it seems to me that every other cancer patient that comes in for treatment is a NJ teacher. Environmentally disturbing. Lots of old school buildings in NJ with (still) lots of toxic materials in them. I know, I worked in well over 100 of them in NJ in my alarm service career, as well as in NY and locales all over the U.S.

Many NJ (and other states) school buildings were built decades ago. Material safety was often unknown & or ignored in favor of cost cutting / tax savings for taxpayers. Aside from asbestos there are other toxins I encountered as a part-time custodian in PA, after I left the alarm service industry. I mention it because early diagnosis & treatment can have many cancers survivable & give the person at least some control in their treatment options.

The name Indio came to him while recording the second half of the album Big Harvest in California with Larry Klein. One afternoon, he drove down to Mexico and the last town before he crossed the border was named Indio. At that point Peterson decided he didn't want to use his own name on the album and decided to use Indio. Peterson re-emerged into the public when he filed a lawsuit in December, 2009 against Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, alleging infringement resulting from usage and alteration of Hard Sun without Peterson's permission, although Universal Music, Peterson's former label, granted permission. Vedder recorded the song for the Sean Penn-directed movie Into The Wild.
