I would say Italian pizza is a little less heavy on the cheese and sauce and more of a focus on good crust

I had great pizza in Paris. I was there after high school graduation for a six week scholarship. One of my roommates was Italian and we went with some of her other friends from Italy. We ate it with a knife and fork. 🤣

unpopular opinion but folding isn't a NYC thing, it's a universal truth. Raised in DC, never hit NYC until age 20 but was a folder from birth. It's just The Way.
